Sprout Green Masala


INGREDIENTS:
1Cup boiled sprout moong /green gram
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
 
FOR THE MASALA:

1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
2-3 green chillies 
5 garlic cloves
Fry the above ingredients in 1 tsp oil and grind to a paste

PROCEDURE:
  • In a pan heat oil and put mustard,when it starts crackling,add turmeric , and onion chopped and curry leaves 
  • Saute onions till it turns to light pink colour 
  • Add the masala ,boiled moong sprouts,salt and little water
  • Cook for 5-10 mins
  • Finally add lime juice and serve hot with hot  phulkas
