Chatpata Aloo


INGREDIENTS:
2 medium sized boiled potatoes
3 tsp oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 chopped green chillies
6 finely chopped garlic cloves
1/4 cup capsicum chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp lime juice
Coriander leaves for garnishing

FOR MARINATION:
3 tblsp hung curd or thick curd
2 tp oil
2 tsp chilli pdr
1/2 tsp haldi pdr
1/2 tsp Kitchen King masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
salt to taste

PROCEDURE:
  • Cut the boiled potatoes into dices and marinate with the above mentioned ingredients
  • Keep for 10 mins 
  • In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds,when it starts crackling add chopped garlic and green chillies
  • Fry for 2-3 mins,add capsicum chopped and saute for 2 mins
  • Put the marinated potatoes and cook for 5-10 mins
  • Add lime juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with roti or rice
