Chicken Pepper Roast
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg chicken pieces with or without bone
5 tsp oil
FOR MARINATION:
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp chilli pdr
1 tsp coriander pdr
1/2 tsp pepper pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 sprigs of chopped curry leaves
1 tsp vinegar
2 slit green chillies
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
1/2 kg chicken pieces with or without bone

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 sprigs of chopped curry leaves
1 tsp vinegar
2 slit green chillies
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Clean the chicken pieces and marinate with the above ingredients
- Keep for 30 mins
- In a pan heat oil and put the marinated chicken,1/4 cup water and cook with a lid covered till it is cooked
- Serve hot with any rice
