Murg Shahi Kurma

1/2 kg chicken cut into pieces
2 onion slices
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tblsp oil
salt to taste
3 tsp fresh cream
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
2 tsp tsp kasuri methi

10 soaked cashew nuts
8 soaked almonds
2-3 tsp red chilli pdr
1/4 cup curd


  • In a pan heat oil and saute sliced onion till it becomes light brown in colour
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 mins
  • Put the chicken pieces and cook with a lid covered
  • When it is cooked  add the paste ,salt to taste and water to adjust the consistency of the gravy
  • Put the cream , kitchen king masala ,kasuri methi and  give one boil
  • Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan,roti or any rice
