Avalakki Oggarane
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups paper avalakki/ thin poha / beaten rice
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida pdr
1/4 cup peanuts
curry leaves
salt to taste
sugar to taste
PROCEDURE:
2 cups paper avalakki/ thin poha / beaten rice

PROCEDURE:
- To make crisp ,keep poha in MW for 2 mins
- In a kadai make tempering using all the ingredients
- Fry till peanuts become brown n crisp
- Add poha,sugar,salt and tos well
- Store in an airtight container after it comes to room temperature
- Enjoy with hot coffee or tea
