Urad + Maida Dosa
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ured dal /Skinless split white lentils
2 cups maida
2 tblsp rice flour
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
PROCEDURE:
- Soak dal in water for 5-6 hrs ,wash and grind into a fine paste
- Keep the ground dal overnight for fermentation
- Next day ,in the morning mix maida and rice flour in water and make a semi thick paste
- add to the fermewnted urad dal batter
- add salt and water if necessary
- Heat tava and make thin dosas
- Cook on both the sides
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
- If you are making it on upvas /fasting days then add only maida to the urad batter
