Sabudana Dosa

3 cups dosa rice
3/4 cup urad dal
3/4 cup sago/ sabudana
3/4 cup poha/avalakki/ beaten rice
1 tsp methi/ fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa


  • Soak rice,dal,sago and methi in water for 5-6 hrs
  • Wash poha and add to it before grinding
  • Grind the ingredients into a fine batter
  • Ferment overnight
  • Add salt,water and adjust the consistency of batter
  • Het tava ,take one laddle full batter and spread a lil thick dosa
  • Flip ,and cook both the sides with 2-3 tsp oil
  • Serve hot with chutney!!
