Gobi Mirch Masala

1 cup gobi florets,washed 
1 capsicum cut into chunks
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
4 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
5 garlic cloves chopped finely
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
1 -2 tsp red chilli pdr
1/4 cup curd
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing


  • In a pan heat oil ,add jeera,chopped garlic and fry till garlic becomes light brown
  • Add  chopped garlic and fry till transparent
  • Now put the gobi florets and cover with a lid,till it is cooked 75%
  • Add chopped tomato,capsicum ,salt to taste and mix well ,cook with a lid covered
  • Once the capsicum is cooked add masala powders,curd and cook for another 5 mins or till it becomes dry
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or phulkas !!!
