Besan ki Barfi
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup besan
2 cups sugar
1 cup ghee
1 cup milk
1 tsp cardamom pdr
Handful cashew nuts finely chopped
PROCEDURE:
- In a bowl mix sugar and milk ,till sugar dissolves
- Grease one thali or a square tin and keep it ready
- In a pan heat ghee,add besan and roast till nice aroma comes
- Add milk ,in which sugar is dissolved
- Put cashew nuts chopped and cardamom pdr
- Stir continuously ,till it makes a lump and leaves the sides of the pan
- It takes around 15 to 20 mins
- Pour the mixture into the greased tin and allow it to set
- When it is still warm cut into desired shape and store in an airtight jar !!
