Banana Chips


INGREDIENTS:
2 Raw nendrabale bananas/ Kerala banana
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

PROCEDURE:

  • Cut the ends of the banana and peel itwith the help of knife
  • In a small bowl take 1/4 cup water and put 2 tblsp salt and mix well and keep
  • Heat oil,make chips with the help of slicer derectly in the hot oil
  • When it it almost done add 1 tsp salt water and fry for a minute and remove the chips 
  • Put the chips on a tissue paper and store in an airtight jar once it comes to room temperature!!!
