Rice Chakli

1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup roasted ured dal powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder 
3 tsp white or black sesame seeds/ til
2 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
Small lemon size butter
Oil for deep frying


  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl ,mix well 
  • Adding water make a soft batter 
  • Put the batter in a chkli mould and make chaklis on a paper or plastic sheet
  • Heat oil and deep fry the chaklis on a medium flame till they become crisp and brown 
  • Store in an air tight container !!!
