Baby Corn 65




INGREDIENTS:
10 nos Baby corns
Oil for deep frying

FOR MARINATION:
4 tblsp corn flour
2 tblsp rice flour
Salt to taste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chat masala
3 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp garam masala
Make a thick paste of above ingredients adding water 

FOR THE TEMPERING:
3 tsp oil
5 finely chopped garlic cloves
3 finely chopped green chillies
2 sprigs of curry leaves
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash and cut the babycorns,marinate with the prepared paste
  • Deep fry the marinated corn into crisp and golden brown fritters
  • In a pan heat oil,add chopped green chillies,garlic,curry leaves and fry till it becomes brown
  • Add the deep fried corns,toss well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve hot !!!
