Zuchchini Raita


INGREDIENTS:
1 zuchchini,washed and grated with skin
1 onion finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
chopped coriander leaves
1 cup fresh curds
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
3 tsp olive oil(I used refined oil)

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan take oil, saute green chillies and onions for a minute or two
  • Add grated zuchchini and saute for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame
  • Once it comes to room temperature ,add sugar,salt ,chopped coriander leaves and mix well
  • Serve chilled with any rice.
