Dahi Batata Poori



INGREDIENTS:
20 pooris
1 cup curds
1/2 cup fine sev
3 boiled potatoes
2 finely chopped onions
Chopped coriander leaves
Green chutney
Dates Tamarind sweet chutney
roasted jeera powder
Chat masala

PROCEDURE:

  • Mash boiled potatoes and mix with little salt and chopped onions
  • Arrange pooris on a plate ,break it little and fill with the potato onion mixture
  • Put the curds,sweet and green chutnies,chat masala and jeera powder according to your taste
  • Put sev and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
