Dahi Mushroom
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of mushrooms
2 medium sized chopped onions
4 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
MARINATE MUSHROOMS WITH:
1/2 cup curds
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp kitchen king masala or any garam masala pdr
2 tsp kasuri meti
1/2 tsp salt
PROCEDURE:
1 pack of mushrooms

MARINATE MUSHROOMS WITH:
1/2 cup curds
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp kitchen king masala or any garam masala pdr

PROCEDURE:
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into four pieces
- Marinate with the mentioned ingredients and keep aside for 20 mins
- In a pan heat oil,saute chopped onions till they turn transparent
- Add ginger garlic paste andfry till raw smell goes
- Now drop in the marinated mushrooms and cook for 5 - 10 mins or till mushrooms are cooked
- Check for the salt ,garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot phulkas
- You can add milk or fresh cream to make it more tasty.
