Drumstick Flower Bhutthi


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup washed and cleaned drumstick flowers
2 onions finely chopped
5 tsp oil
Salt to taste

TO BE GROUND INTO PASTE:
3/4 cup fresh grated coconut
little tamarind
5 red chillies roasted in little oil
1 tsp coriander seeds
Grind into a semi coarse paste

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat oil in a pan ,saute onions chopped init till they turn light brown
  • Add the drumstick flowers and salt,close with a lid and cook till done
  • Add the masala and 1/4 cup water,cook till it becomes semi dry 
  • Turn off the flame,serve hot with hot rice and dal.
