Mosaru Bonda
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sabudana / tapioca sago
1/2 cup curds
1 cup maida
1/2 cup rice flour
1 onion finely chopped
4 green chillies finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste Pinch of cooking soda
Oil for deep frying
PROCEDURE:
- Wash sabudana and soak in curds for 4 hrs
- Mix rice flour, maida,salt ,chopped chillies,onion,coriander leaves and cooking soda
- Add curd if needed and mix the batter well to get bonda consistency
- Keep covered for 10 mins and make bonda
- Fry the bondas on medium flame till crisp and brown
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
