Moong Dal Dosa with chutney



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup soaked moong dal
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 green chillies small piece of ginger
corriander leaves
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:


  • Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours and grind with green chillies and ginger to a fine paste(like idli batter)
  • Add salt, chopped onions and corriander leaves 
  • Heat tava and make dosa and serve with chutney of your choice
  • No fermentation is required
