Ambe Gojju


INGREDIENTS:

6 mangoes (very small sized )
2 green chillies crushed
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

Tempering:
2 tsp oil
1tsp mustard
curry leaves
PROCEDURE:

  • Peel mangoes and crush with your hands  
  • Add 1/2 cup water,salt,sugar,and crushed green chillies
  • Goes well with rice especially in hot summer
  • Temper with the above ingredients and serve chilled
