Hannu Huruli Kurma
INGREDIENTS:
250 gms hannu huruli (ripe beans)
2 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
4 tsp oil
coriander leaves
Salt to taste
For the masala :
4 tsp grated coconut
2 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp coriander seeds
!/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 clove
2 tsp chilli powder
1 onion-----Make a paste of these ingredients
PROCEDURE:
- Cook the ripe beans with 1/2 cup water and salt to taste in cooker for 2 whistles
- In kadai take oil and saute chopped onion till turns to pink
- add chopped tomato and fry till it becomes soft
- Put masala and fry till the raw smell goes
- Add cooked beans,salt and water if needed and boil it for 5-10 minutes
- garnish with coriander leaves
