Majjige Tambli


This tambli is the easiest rice accompaniment which can be prepared in jiffy , with very less ingredients.This is a part of North Karnataka cuisine.Tastes yummy with rice in hot summer.

PROCEDURE:

Take 2 cups of medium thick buttermilk in a bowl ,add salt to taste
In kadai take 2 tsp oil ,add 1 tsp mustard,2 chopped green chillies,1 red chilli,curry leaves and 4 crushed garlic cloves
Fry till brown and add to buttermilk and serve chilled with hot rice.
