Matar Gobi
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup green peas(matar)
1 cup gobi cut into florets(cauliflower)
3 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 chopped onions
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp daniya jeera powder(cumin and coriander powder)
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/4 cup curd
2 tblsp fresh cream
Salt to taste
coriander leaves for garnishing
PROCEDURE:
- Boil green peas and deep fry gobi florets and keep aside
- In a pan take oil add jeera,and chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry
- Put all the spices and fry
- Add boiled peas and fried gobi
- Put cream and curd and mix well so that the masala coats well
- Add salt ,kasuri methi and make it boil for 5 minutes
- Garnish with coriander leaves and grated paneer or cheese
- Serve hot with roti ,naan etc...
