Oats Methi Thepla with Kairi chutney


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup oats (dry roast for 5 minutes and make fine powder)
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp daniya jeera powder (coriander, cumin)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 cup chopped methi leaves(fenugreek )
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Mix all the above ingredients with water to a soft dough and keep for 1 hour
  • Devide into equalportions 
  • Roll it into little thick rotis and roast on tava with oil or ghee
KAIRI CHUTNEY (RAW MANGO CHUTNEY)

Take 1 cup peeled, chopped raw mango and grind to a fine paste with salt to taste, jaggery to taste,1 tsp chilli powder,1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder .Use water if necessary.
