Schezuan Sauce


INGREDIENTS:

30 red chillies
4 tblsp vinegar
15 garlic cloves
4 tblsp oil
4 tblsp tomato sauce
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak chillies in hot water for 1/2 an hour and grind with vinegar,garlic 
  • In a pan heat oil ,add chilli paste,salt,tomato sauce and boil till it becomes thick (around 15 to 20 minutes)
  • Store in a airtight container and refrigerate it after it comes to room temperature.
