Sesame Prawn Toast

8 prawns (deveined and cleaned)
1/2 onion
2 green chillies
3 garlic cloves
3 tsp chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

Make paste of the above ingredients without adding water and keep aside

4 bread slices
3 tsp sesame seeds
oil for deep frying


  • Cut the bread into small rounds (around 2 inches)
  • Take around 3 tsp of prawn mixture and keep on the bread piece and press it lightly with your fingers making little wet
  • Roll it in the sesame seeds and deep fry into golden brown colour
