Tomato Carrot Soup



INGREDIENTS:

3 tomatoes
1 carrot chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 garlic clove
1 red chilli
Salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Boil all the above ingredients with 1 cup of water (except salt n pepper)
  • Cool it and blend it
  • Seive it and add water if nacessary
  • Add salt to taste and make it oil
  • If it is thin you can add little cornflour slury and boil it
  • you can also add little sugar if you want
  • Serve hot with pepper powder
