Garlic Pull- Apart Rolls

Maida (refined flour)1.5 cups
Warm water1/2 cup =1 tblsp
Yeast 1/2 tblsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tblsp
Olive oil 1 tblsp+ 1 tsp
For garlic spread:
Salted butter 6 tblsp
Minced garlic 2 tblsp
Chopped coriander leaves2 tblsp

  • In warm water mix salt,sugar and yeast and keep covered  for 5 minutes
  • Add  knead the flour and make a soft dough
  • Add oil to your fingertips and knead until dough springs back  when you press with fingers about 5 minutes
  • Wrap in a cling film and allow to to double for 45 minutes
  • Roll into 1/2 inch thick and spread garlic paste on the roll and cut into 2 inch piece
  • Brush  little milk on rolls add remaining spread and sesame seeds
  • Allow it to rise for 20 minutes 
  • Bake  at 180 degrees for 30 minutes  in preheated oven
