Khatte Teekhe Aalu


A simple and  easy side dish with potatoes, goes well with roti .You can prepare this for lunch boxes as this is  a dry sabji and prepared very easily .

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups boiled potatoes
2 onions cut into cubes
3 chopped garlic cloves
3 tsp oil
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
coriander leaves
Mix the following powders in 1/4 cup water and keep
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1.5 tsp chilli powder

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat oil, add chopped garlic.onions and saute for 5-8 minutes
  • Add the masala paste and fry for a minute
  • Put boiled potatoes cut into cubes
  • add salt to taste,soya sauce.and mix well till the masala coats the potatoes
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
