Ridgegourd skin chutney(ghosale sheere chutney)
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ridgegourd skin
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tsp oil
2 green chilliese
2 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
little tamarind
Salt to taste
For tempering:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
PROCEDURE:
- Heat a pan and put oil and add jeera,green chillies chopped and fry for a minute
- In the same pan add ridgegourd skin ,coconut and fry for 5-10 minutes
- When it comes to room temperature grind it with tamarind and salt to taste ,adding little water
- Finish it with adding tempering
- Serve with hot rice and dal or rasam
