Veg.Pasta Alfredo


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup boiled penne pasta
2 baby corns cut into thin julians
1/4 cup  red ,green capsicum julians
3 tsp butter
1 chopped onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
1/4 cup milk
2 tblsp mozarella cheese
2 tblsp water
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:

  • Heat butter in a pan ,saute garlic and onion chopped for 2 minutes
  • Add capsicum and baby corn julians and saute for 3 minutes
  • Add milk,cheese and water and mix well
  • Add pepper powder,oregano and boiled pasta and stir well
