Spicy Ginger Chicken
This is a very yummy and easy chicken recipe!! Thanx to my favourite chef HARPAL SINGH SOKHI . You can have this with noodles.fried rice or any rice dishes.you can also use this as the filling of any roti, with some salad and mayonese and make chicken rolls!!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg chicken pieces (boneless)
3 tsp red chilli paste
3 tsp ginger paste + 3 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 egg
3 -4 tblsp corn flour
salt to taste
4 tsp oil+ oil for deep frying
1/4 cup chopped white part of spring onion
4 tsp spring onion greens chopped
3 red chillies
1 small pack of CHING'S CHILLI MIRACLE MASALA
PROCEDURE:
- Wash and clean chicken pieces
- Marinate with ginger paste,2 tsp redchilli paste,salt
- Keep for 1/2 an hour
- Mix it with corn flour and egg and deep fry on a medium flame (dont make too crispy.let it be little juicy)
- In a pan heat oil ,add red chillies and ginger chopped
- Saute for 2 minutes
- Add remaining red chilli paste and spring onion white part and fry for 3-4 minutes
- Add 3-4 tsp CHING'S CHILLI MIRACLE MASALA and 1/4 cup water and stir well
- Put the deep fried chicken pieces,Salt to taste and mix well
- Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot with rice or noodles
To make red chilli paste:
Soak 20 kashmiri or byadgi red chillies in luke warm water and grind with 6 garlic cloves
