Palak Paneer
1 bunch palak leaves (spinach)
100 gms paneer
2 green chillies
2 onions finely chopped
3 tblsp tomato puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
5 tsp oil
Chopped coriander leaves
PROCEDURE:
- Wash and cut palak leaves
- Cook it with green chillies and make puree
- In a pan heat oil ,add ginger garlic paste n fry
- Put chopped onions n saute for 5 minutes
- Add tomato puree n fry till raw smell goes
- Put turmeric ,garam masala powder n fry for 2 minutes
- Add palak puree and fry for 5-8 minutes
- Add paneer cut into cubes,salt to taste n water (adjust the consistency according to your taste)
- Finally add kasoori methi and boil it for 5 minutes
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Serve hot with roti or naan
