Palak Paneer


INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch palak leaves (spinach)
100 gms paneer
2 green chillies
2 onions finely chopped
3 tblsp tomato puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
5 tsp oil
Chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash and cut palak leaves 
  • Cook it with green chillies  and make puree
  • In a pan heat oil ,add ginger garlic paste n fry
  • Put chopped onions n saute for 5 minutes
  • Add tomato puree n fry  till raw smell goes
  • Put turmeric ,garam masala powder n fry for 2 minutes
  • Add palak puree and fry for 5-8 minutes
  • Add paneer cut into cubes,salt to taste n water (adjust the consistency according to your taste)
  • Finally add kasoori methi and boil it for 5 minutes
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with roti or naan
