Vangi Bhaat Powder


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup kotthambari beeja /daniya seeds /coriander seeds
1/4 cup uddina bele /urad dal /black gram
1/4 cup kadle bele /chana dal  /bengal gram
3cups red chillies(I always use byadgi chillies)
5 gms lavang / cloves
25 gms Dalchini / chakke/ cinnamon
10 gmsMaratha moggu
10 gmsKhus khus / poppy seeds
1 cup grated dry coconut

PROCEDURE:

  • dry roast separately all the ingredients except dry coconut 
  • When it comes to room temperature make a fine powder with coconut 
  • Store in a air tight jar  after it becomes cool
