Onion Rings
INGREDIENTS:
2 big onions
1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
2 tblsp corn flour
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Water as required
PROCEDURE:
- Mix all the ingredients with water and make a medium thick batter( except oil and onions)
- Cut the onion into 1/4 inch thick rings
- Separate the layers of onion rings
- Heat oil in a kadai
- Dip the each ring in the batter and deep fry into a crispy rings
- Serve hot with ketchup
