Corn Chaat


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiled corn kernels
2 tbsp pomogranate seeds(anardana)
2 tbsp roasted masala pea nuts
1 finely chopped onion
2 tbsp fine sev
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

PROCEDURE:

  • In a bowl mix boiled corn kernels with chopped onion.anardana,salt,chilli powder,chaat masala,masala peanuts
  • Toss well, add lime juice.
  • Put in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fine sev
