Mushti Polo 2

1 cup dosa rice
3 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds(methi seeds)
7 tsp poha(beaten rice)
Salt  to taste
 1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cooking soda
Oil to cook dosa


  • Soak rice,methi seeds and urad dal in water for 3-4 hours
  • Grind to a smooth paste with washed poha
  • Ferment the batter for 6-8 hours or overnight
  • Before making dosa add Salt ,sugar ,cooking soda and water if needed
  • Make dosa with  little oil 
  • Serve hot with any chutney or sambar
