Mushti Polo 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dosa rice
3 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds(methi seeds)
7 tsp poha(beaten rice)
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cooking soda
Oil to cook dosa
PROCEDURE:
- Soak rice,methi seeds and urad dal in water for 3-4 hours
- Grind to a smooth paste with washed poha
- Ferment the batter for 6-8 hours or overnight
- Before making dosa add Salt ,sugar ,cooking soda and water if needed
- Make dosa with little oil
- Serve hot with any chutney or sambar
