Corn Paneer cutlets

1/2 cup crushed corn
 2 tblsp corn flour
1/2cup grated paneer
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
3 finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
Oil for deep frying


  • Mix the ingredients no 1 to 9
  • Shape into cutlets 
  • Roll each cutlet in crushed cornflakes and deep fry on a medium flame
  • Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney
