Pickled Cabbage


This lipsmacking  instant  pickle recipe belongs to Master chef Sanjeev Kapoor !!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup roughly chopped cabbage
3 tsp oil
4 tsp CHING'S SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat oil in a pan and put the chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame
  • Add all the other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes
  • And your pickle is ready to use
  • After it comes to room temperature store in an airtight container
