Pistewali Aloo gobi


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup potato cut into cubes
1/4 cup pista
2 chopped onions
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cup curd
2 tblsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp kasuri methi
3 tsp +2 tsp oil +2 tsp
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:
  • Put the cauliflower florets in water ,adding salt and turmeric in it ,for some time.
  • Wash the florets and put on a kitchen towel
  • In a pan heat 2 tsp oil and saute gobi florets and aloo with little salt till both are cooked
  • Transfer it in a bowl and keep
  • In same pan heat 2 tsp oil and saute onion chopped till light brown and grind it with coriander leaves,green chillies and pista
  • In same pan put 3 tsp oil and put the masala and fry for 5 minutes
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes
  • Add turmeric powder,cumin powder and fry for a minute
  • Put the curd,boiled gobi and aloo ,salt to taste and kasuri methi
  • Stir well and add water if needed
  • Cook for 5 minutes and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve with roti.
