Dates-Til ke Laddoo


INGREDIENTS:
15 nos deseeded dates
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 tsp desicated coconut
1 tsp ghee

PROCEDURE:

  • Finely chop dates and saute it in a kadai with 1 tsp ghee for 2 minutes
  • Transfer it in a bowl 
  • Slightly crush the roasted peanuts
  • Mix all the ingredients and shape into laddoos
