Milk Barfi

1 cup fine rava /semolina
1 cup ghee
2 cups milk
3 cups sugar
1 tsp cardamom pdr

  • In a kadai heat ghee and fry rava on a low flame for 5 minutes or till it becomes light brown and nice aroma comes
  • Add othger ingredients and stir continuously till the ghee leaves the sides and it becomes a lump
  • Immediately put on a greased tray and spread it
  • Cut into shapes
