Dragon Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg boneless chicken (breast pieces)
Oil for deep frying
FOR MARINATION:
1 egg white
2 tsp red chilli paste/chilli pdr
1/2 tsp pepper pdr1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli sauce
3 tblsp corn flour
2 tblsp maida
Salt to taste
FOR THE SAUCE:
5 tsp oil
2 Tblsp finely chopped ginger n garlic
1/4 cup capsicum cut into fine strips
2 finely sliced onions
2 dry red chillies
2 tblsp cashew nuts
1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli paste
1 1/2 tsp soya sauce
2 tblsp tomato ketchup
finely chopped spring onion for garnishing
PROCEDURE:
- Wash and cut the chicken into 2-3 inches strips and marinate with the ingredients
- Keep in fridge for 1/2 an hour and deep fry into crispy one
- In a kadai take oil and saute ginger garlic chopped for 3 mins
- Add onion slices and saute till transparent
- Add cashew nuts,broken red chillies,and fry
- Put the sauces,pepper pdr capsicum strips ,and fry
- Add 1/4 cup water and mix well
- Add salt,fried chicken pieces and toss well
- Fnally garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens and serve hot with any rice or noodles
