Masala Neer Dosa

This is  our normal neer dosa with some onion and chilli!1 Tastes very yummy with any chutney!! Got this recipe from dear Sushma Mallya!! This is her Mom's version !! 

2dosa rice
1cup grated coconut
salt to taste
1 chopped onion
2 tblsp soaked chana dal
2 chopped green chillies
curry leaves finely chopped
coriander leaves finely chopped
Oil for making dosa

  • Soak rice for 5 hours in water
  • Wash the rice and grind with coconut into a fine paste
  • Add water,salt and all other ingredients
  • Batter consistency is very thin like any other neer dosa
  • Heat tava and pour one laddle full batter ,add 1 tsp oil and cook on a medium flame
  • Serve hot with any chutney
Note:Cook dosa only one side
No fermentation is needed
