Masala Neer Dosa
INGREDIENTS:
2dosa rice
1cup grated coconut
salt to taste
1 chopped onion
2 tblsp soaked chana dal
2 chopped green chillies
curry leaves finely chopped
coriander leaves finely chopped
Oil for making dosa
PROCEDURE:
- Soak rice for 5 hours in water
- Wash the rice and grind with coconut into a fine paste
- Add water,salt and all other ingredients
- Batter consistency is very thin like any other neer dosa
- Heat tava and pour one laddle full batter ,add 1 tsp oil and cook on a medium flame
- Serve hot with any chutney
Note:Cook dosa only one side
