Sabudana Kheer

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Sabudana / Sabbakki
1 cup milk 
Sugar to taste
1 tsp cardamom powder
Nuts n raisins
1 tsp ghee
3-4 saffron strands

PROCEDURE:
  • Wash and soak sabudana in little water for 10 mins
  • Boil the milk and add sabudana to it and stir continuously till it is cooked(it becomes transparent after it is cooked)  
  • Add sugar and boil for 5 mins
  • Garnish with cardamom pdr,and nuts ,raisins roasted in ghee
  • Serve hot or chilled,both tastes awesome!!
