Lasooni Aloo

INGREDIENTS:
2 medium sized potatoes 
5 tsp oil
*-10 finely chopped garlic flakes
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp pepper pdr
1 -2 tsp red chilli pdr (according to your taste)
Salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp butter

PROCEDURE: 
  • Wash the potatoes well and cut into wedges(you can parboil the potatoes)
  • In a non stick pan heat oil fry the garlic chopped  and put the potatoes (without water)
  • Add  salt and cook till it becomes brown and crisp
  • Add the spices ,lime juice and garnish with the butter and serve hot
