Aam ka Panna Concentrate

1 raw mango (totapuri)
1 1/2 cups sugar or jaggery
2 tsp roasted jeera pdr
1 tsp cardamom pdr 
1/2 tsp black salt/kaala namak
3-4 Saffron strands or saffron colour

  • Wash mango and make 2-3 cuts on it and cook in cooker with 1 cup watertill it becomes soft
  • when it comes to room temperature separate the pulp  and put in a vessel
  • Add sugar  and boil it for 10 mins
  • Add other ingredients  and store in a clean jar  when it comes to room temperature
  • Store in the refrigerator
