Aam ka Panna
INGREDIENTS:
1 raw mango (totapuri)
Sugar
1 tsp cardamom pdr
2 tsp roasted cumin pdr
4-5 saffron strands
Pinch saffron colour (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1 raw mango (totapuri)

PROCEDURE:
- Rinse the raw mango and pressure cook with 1 cup water for 3-4 whistles
- Peel the boiled mango and scrape the pulp
- Collect the pulp in a bowl and add double amount of sugar to it
- Add water as required ,and the remaining ingredients
- Stir well and refrigerate it
- serve chilled
