Aam ka Panna

1 raw mango (totapuri)
1 tsp cardamom pdr
2 tsp roasted cumin pdr
4-5 saffron strands
Pinch saffron colour (optional) 

  • Rinse the raw mango and pressure cook with 1 cup water for 3-4 whistles
  • Peel the boiled mango and scrape the pulp 
  • Collect the pulp in a bowl and add double amount of sugar to it
  • Add water as required ,and the remaining ingredients
  • Stir well and refrigerate it 
  • serve chilled
