Ginger Capsicum Rice

This recipe belongs to MAINLAND CHINA RECIPE BOOK!! But i'd prepared this with little changes according to our taste!!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked rice
30 mi oil
2 inches shredded ginger
1/2 capsicum shredded
!/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper pdr
2 chopped spring onion
1/2 onion sliced (optional)

PROCEDURE:
  • Heat oil in a wok /kadai and saute onion slices,ginger chopped
  • Add shredded capsicum and saute till u can smell nice aroma
  • Add  rice,salt ,pepper,vinegar  and toss well
  • Add chopped  spring onion ,mix well
  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
