Prawn Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cooked rice (cook in cooker little les than 2 cups water and salt)
1 sliced onion
5 garlic cloves chopped
8 prawns deveined and cleaned
1/2 tsp ajinamoto
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp crushed black  pepper 
5 tsp oil
Salt to taste
spring onion greens for garnishing

PROCEDURE:
  • In a pan heat oil ,saute onion,garlic chopped for 5 mins
  • Add prawns and cook for 5 mins
  •   Put the cooked rice,salt,vinegar,pepper crushed,ajinamoto and toss well
  • Garnish with the chopped spring onion greens and serve hot
