Sardine fish fry

INGREDIENTS:
6 nos sardine fish washed n cleaned
Salt to taste 
2 tblsp rice flour for coating
Oil for deep frying
FOR  MARINATION :
4 tsp rice flour
2 tblsp red chilli pdr
salt to taste
1/2 tsp asafoetida/hing pdr
Mix with water and make a fine paste and apply to the cleaned fish and keep in fridge for 1/2 an hour
PROCEDURE:
  •   Heat oil in a pan 
  • Roll each fish n rice flour and deep fry into crisp one
  • Enjoy with dal and rice
